We charge by the hour, and all of our packages include everything including the baristas, drink ingredients, equipment, travel fees, cups and lids. Add-ons, such as matcha, custom branding, or custom menu options will get a custom quote.

Absolutely! We got our start serving outdoors under the awning of a VW Vanagon. We can even bring a generator for an add-on fee if needed.

At least 1-hour before the event to unload and setup.
Wheelchair accessible space to wheel our cart and park it.
About a 6’ x 8’ flat space to set up and serve from.
Access to a standard power outlet.

Full refund for cancellations 30-days prior to event.
50% refund for cancellations 8-29 -days prior to event.
No refund for cancellations within 7-days of event. Unfortunately, for events canceled on late notice like this, we’ve already staffed your event, ordered all your products, and blocked your event date from other potential bookings.
That being said, this amount can be credited toward a future event if canceled within 72-hours at no extra charge!
Please note, if we’ve already ordered items like custom branding that is non-returnable and non-refundable for us, you will still be charged for those items.
